A red excavator digs a deep trench in a roadway during a water utility construction project. Broken concrete and soil surround the trench, with construction vehicles parked nearby and residential homes visible in the background on a clear day.
A deep trench cut through a street shows exposed soil and gravel with a blue water pipe section visible at the bottom. Construction materials, an orange traffic barrel, and safety fencing line the edge of the excavation, with work trucks and trees in the background.
