City Attorney Ken Helton

Ken Helton serves as the City Attorney for Dardanelle. The City Attorney is elected to a term of office every four years. The duties of the City Attorney included representing the city in court for violations of city ordinances, advising the elected officials of the city, including the mayor, city clerk, and aldermen. Also, he defends the city in suits which are filed against the city; and prosecuting actions for nuisance or damage which affect the city.  Mr. Helton writes the ordinances and resolutions for the city.
